Overwhelmingly, we passed the question of amending our Constitution to add the following Executive Board positions as voting members, As a result, we are putting it out to the league to determine interest.
The roles are:
Events Coordinator (2-year term)
o Responsible for planning and coordinating league events including but not limited to Pride, League Elections, year-end Field Day/Awards Ceremony, and fundraising along with the promotion of LGBTQ+ community events throughout the year.
Field Coordinator (2-year term)
o Ensures that the fields are ready for play each week and represents the concerns of each division on the Executive Board by way of direct contact with the coaches.
